Truly enjoyed this friendly and appealing hotel, easy to find, with elegant staff from check-in to concierge to chambermaids. The breakfast was tasty, with over cooked food and reasonably priced. The location in a great area was awesome and there were a market and stores nearby. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the Irish bar.

It's close to the train and bus station which was very convenient, capitol is visible from its main entrance, is a stop on the tour we took.
The back of the hotel is bordered by an area that feels unsafe for novice tourists; it could be a warning not to take that route.

Comfortable beds, indoor pool, breakfast buffet
There was no bathtub, it was all smooth with a small edge so the water wouldn't come out covered by a curtain. You could easily splash the rest of the bath

Great location, just a short walk to the Capitol. Our double room was clean with air conditioning, a tv, a mini fridge, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The indoor pool was a relaxing spot along with the fitness center equipped with plenty of machines. The breakfast buffet offered so many great options like fresh fruits and pastries.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, right near the office buildings, and i loved the beautiful views from my double room. The hotel also had a great pool and gym facilities, and the food was delicious!

Most of the staff were very helpful and down to earth. The buffett was hearty and flavorful. The hours of the pool and gym area allowed those with time restrictions to still use the facilities. However, "budgeters" beware...after taxes and fees and parking plan on spending atleast $100.00 more that the hotel qotes you.
We stayed at the hotel for the pool only. It was the first time we had ever stayed in a Hyatt and I have to say that alothough most of the staff were very polite and helpful, others were just downright "uppity". The point of taking a vacation is to get out of the normal routine of 9-5, wear jeans and relax. Although money was not an issue, I simply felt due to the saff reactions that they believed I wasn;t good enough to stay there. I have to say that I wish I had stayed at the previous evenings hotel the entire trip. Very upsetting.
